1 Definitions and Applicability

The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to 79db's website, mobile version and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to the user's personal profile and wallet.
• "Service" refers to online betting, sports, casino games, fishing games, slots, cricket betting and related features.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, cashback or any financial benefit provided free of charge.

These Terms are governed by Bangladeshi law and applicable international regulations. 79db provides services only to residents of Bangladesh who are legally eligible to use online gaming services.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

To register on the platform, users must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Must be legally capable of using online betting services.
• No more than one account may be created under the same person's name.

79db reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A copy of the National ID (NID) or passport may be requested for verification. An account may be temporarily restricted until age or identity verification is completed.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Registering with false information is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

3.2 Login Credentials

The user bears full responsibility for their username and password. Use a strong password to keep your account secure and do not share it with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts and their balances being confiscated.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 79db is ৳100. Available deposit methods are:

Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please notify the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit (same method policy).

4.3 Verification

Identity and payment method verification may be required before a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. Any applicable taxes or charges will be deducted from the withdrawn amount.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to claim this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after placing bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount.

• Bonuses are only usable on designated games.
• A specific portion of bets placed with bonus balance may be counted towards wagering.
• Bonuses may have a set expiry period; the bonus will be cancelled once expired.
• Bonuses may be confiscated if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5.3 VIP Program Cashback

79db offers weekly cashback across three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular activity.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting, casino games, slots, fishing, cricket betting and other services are available on the 79db platform. Separate specific rules apply for each service.

6.1 Validity of Bets

• Once a placed bet is finalised, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds or amount due to a technical error, 79db reserves the right to cancel or correct it.
• Bets associated with suspicious activity or match fixing may be cancelled.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by automated systems. 79db conducts regular audits to ensure the fairness of game results. If a dispute arises over a result due to a technical issue, 79db's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

A maximum bet limit may apply for each game or event, which will be displayed separately. 79db reserves the right to set or change bet limits for any member.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalty:

• Creating an account using a false identity or a third party's information.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Using bots, scripts or automated software to manage games or bets.
• Engaging in bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage strategies.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of manipulation.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.

8 Personal Data and Privacy

79db gives the highest priority to protecting members' personal information. Our Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.

The purposes for which 79db uses members' information:

• Account management and identity verification.

• Fraud prevention and ensuring security.

9 Intellectual Property

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Not completing identity verification.
• Not submitting the requested documents.
• The account being inactive for a long period of time.

11.2 Closed by the Member
